D.E.E.R (Discovery, Education, Environmental Research) is a speaker series catered to adults that are looking to learn about a variety of nature topics.
These workshops are free and open to the public. This group meets the last Monday night of each month August through April. What is sustainability and why should we live a life that is sustainable? Each month discuss different topics that will help you be a responsible citizen to Mother Earth such as; how to grocery shop responsibly, how to compost, why we recycle, and where our recycling goes.
Get your trees ready for spring growth with this month’s D.E.E.R. speaker, Ken Wheat. Wheat has hosted many workshops with TNI in the past; but this month, he shares his knowledge at TNI’s free speaker series. Learn the best way to get those tree ready and more details this evening at Talahi Lodge.
This event is free and open to the public. Registration is requested. You may reserve your spot below.
