Each week, venture out into every corner of the preserve with our intrepid educators. Throughout the summer, you will get a chance to explore our forests, prairies, ponds, and streams and investigate the wild things that live in each habitat. Plan on hiking ~ 1.5 miles. Please bring a water bottle and wear closed-toed shoes. This is a FAMILY BASED activity recommended for ages 6+. Park in the lot and meet your guide on the lawn in front of the lodge. Program is free, but be sure to get there early. Group limited to nine participants – first come, first served.
