Herbal Workshop: Winter Remedies
This workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of natural ways to create effective remedies for winter cold and flu season.
Household remedies have been used for centuries and expert Crystal Stevens, of Grow, Create, Inspire, would like to share her knowledge to get your through the winter cold and flu season.
This workshop is open to any and all that are interested in learning new remedies. The workshop is $10 for current TNI members and $15 all remaining guests. Stevens will also be selling items related to her discussion.
Stevens has been studying medicinal herbs since 1998 and has been growing her own medicine since 2001. She conducted her herbalist training during 2005-2008. She has been studying the healing properties of plants for over two decades and has taught herbal workshops since 2008.
Stevens is looking forward to sharing her plant wisdom with guests. As a lifelong student of herbal medicine, she has learned that plants are phenomenal teachers.
