Learn the art of making fire cider, a nutrient rich, botanical infused apple cider vinegar made with ginger, turmeric, garlic, onions, hot peppers, horseradish, medicinal herbs and spices and honey. Fire cider offers immune support during cold and flu season. It helps alleviate symptoms, helps boost immunity and fight infection.
Bring your own pint jar with a lid. Class costs $20, you will learn how to make your own fire cider and will go home with a jar of fire cider to help keep you healthy this fall and winter.
