 ’s hike the quiet trails and see the impact of a long winter’s rest on
  the flora and fauna on the preserve.\nDescription:\nRoaming Naturalists i
 s a monthly hike designed for adults (all ages welcome) that want to learn
  more about the natural world. Topics will range from birds to plants to i
 nsects and beyond. While each hike will have a topic of focus\, we will al
 low the interest of the group and the surprises that nature throws at us t
 o determine what we learn on our hike.\nMeet your guide at the trail head 
 parking lot. Hikes will range from 1-2 miles (rarely 3 miles) and easy to 
 moderate terrain. These hikes will occur rain or shine. In the event of ic
 y conditions\, or excessive snow\, the hike may be canceled. The Nature In
