Finding time to enjoy nature without our gadgets can be a breath of fresh air. But in today’s fast-paced world, leveraging technology’s efficiency can help us spend less time behind screens and more time amongst the evergreens.

That’s why we’re excited to tell you about our new registration system called SmartRec by Amilia. This digital upgrade will better serve you and help us keep up with our growing organization.

The big change: You’ll create a user account for you and your household. With one email address used to log in, you’ll be able to:

  • Keep Everyone Sorted: No more filling out multiple forms for each family member. With your household account, you can manage all your family’s info in one place.
  • One-Stop Registration: Got multiple kids signing up for different activities? No problem. Add everything to your cart and pay all at once.
  • Stay in the Loop: Wondering what you’ve signed up for or what’s coming up? Your account keeps track of all your past and future registrations, so you’re always in the know.

A Note on Households


One email login should be used to manage all adult and/or child members of your household. This will allow you to easily select specific individuals to register for any given activity. After creating your account, you can add additional people under the Members tab of your account. All members under one account share the account owner’s address.

How to Create an Account

 1. Create an Account here. The email you provide is the one you’ll use to login to your personal Amilia account. When you hit the Verify email button, a verification code is immediately sent to your email address

2. The screen will refresh and ask for a 6-digit code. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the verification email from Amilia. The code expires shortly. If you resend a code, the previous code is no longer valid. At this point, your account hasn’t been created yet.

3. Copy and paste (or type) the 6-digit verification code into the field and hit Verify. When successfully verified, you’ll be redirected to your new personal account.

FAQs

Yes. Your personal account keeps track of registrations you make for you and your family and helps TNI staff manage important program participant information. You only need one personal account to cover your entire household.

You need to provide your first name, last name, and an email address to create an account. Additional information may be required when registering for specific TNI programs and camps.

If you’d like to participate in a program with a friend but you live in different households, you should each create your own personal account and register individually. All members under one account share the account owner’s address, so in addition to ensuring accurate registrant information is collected, individuals also need to agree to TNI’s terms and conditions at the point of registration.

  • Log in to your personal account here
  • Click on the Settings tab in the left sidebar
  • Click on the Change username button
  • Fill out form with your new valid email address and password
  • Retrieve your one time 6-digit password sent by email
  • Enter the code in the fields provided and click ‘Verify’ to complete the change.

Once the steps are completed, your user account will reload with your up-to-date information.

  • Go to the log in page here
  • Underneath the Log in button, click the Reset your password link
  • Enter your email address and click Send email
  • Go to your email inbox and open the email to click on the link provided
  • This brings you to a page where you can enter your new password
  • Test it by logging in with your new password

The link provided in the ‘Reset your password’ email is good for 24 hours and can only be clicked once. If the link expires, simply start over with step one to receive a new link. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

  • Log in to your personal account here
  • Click on the Settings tab in the left sidebar
  • Enter your current password under the section Change password
  • Enter the new password of your choice
  • Enter it a second time to make sure it is correct
  • Click Confirm to complete the change
  • Once your change has been confirmed, a ‘Success’ message appears on the screen

Confirm that the spelling of your email address is correct. Click the resend button and after a minute or two, carefully check your inbox and spam folder.
