Description:

Roaming Naturalists is a monthly hike designed for adults (all ages welcome) that want to learn more about the natural world. Topics will range from birds to plants to insects and beyond. While each hike will have a topic of focus, we will allow the interest of the group and the surprises that nature throws at us to determine what we learn on our hike.

This hike will be off-site at the Audubon Center at Riverlands. Riverlands is a great spot for enjoying the mighty Mississippi and catching a glimpse of many species of birds. We will meet at the site at 9:15 am and go for a short hike along the river, then we can take a drive to the confluence point. If you have never been back there you should check it out.
